Hope you enjoyed part I… get ready for part II! Graham & Katy had their beautiful reception at Founders Hall at Charles Towne Landing (same place I did the engagement shoot). Enjoy part II!

walking into the reception:

There is my famous party starter right there in the middle with the sax. Seriously, guys, if you ever need music for anything contact DAVID CARTER. He ROCKS!! I have done 3 weddings now with him as a groomsman, a guest, and as part of the band and he has been an absolute blast!

This sweet couple is getting married tomorrow! I am so upset I wasn’t available to shoot their wedding! Congrats Brandon & Katie Beth!

another Clemson wedding

The money dance: you must pay up is you want a dance with the bride/groom! Katy’s dad was first up, then her sisters fought over her, then her granddad and dad had a little money debate

Typically, men dance with women and women dance with men, but Katy’s dad decided a father-in-law/son dance was in order:

and that got this going…

I decided he’s a pretty cool grandpa- I saw him dance with every one of his granddaughters/female family (not sure who’s who
). SO SWEET!

Ladies and gents, David Carter in action:

Man, this is one cute couple!

Katy’s sisters hugging her goodbye:

PRESH.

Love this of Graham & Katy after he helped her into the car:

Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Sinclair!!

Have I mentioned I LOVE my job? I have a total of 18 weddings this year, but I have given myself a break for November and December to do Christmas card sessions. I have 5 more weddings this year and I am excited about what’s to come! I will say it has been A LOT of work because between all those weddings, I also do family, newborn, kids, etc… so the editing gets a little overwhelming (AND let’s not forget my part time nursing job!). I love my work and I have decided that it is because I have INCREDIBLE clients. So basically, this is a shout out to ALL my clients who have been so wonderful– thank you for all your support, patience, and for just being beautiful and perfect…ultimately making my job easy!
My job is so rewarding. I love providing people with memories from the most important days & times of their lives that they can cherish forever! Also, it’s pretty dang cool that we get to document couples making their eternal vows of love to each other. Clients are always so good at saying enthusiastic thank-yous for their images, but it is our PRIVILEGE!
I have especially enjoyed my Charleston weddings this year. Mason & Megan got married in July and it was so perfect. They are such a beautiful couple! They got married in one of my favorite churches I have photographed. It is the oldest Baptist church in the south!
ENJOY part I and check back in a few days for part II!

the flower girl was PRECIOUS!

Did you think I wasn’t going to post my usual plethera of ring shots? Did I fool you by strategically placing it later in the post? If so, you must be out of your mind. You should know by now that ring shots are my FAVORITE!!

Love these of Mason!

tie tying 101:

left side: silliness, right side: business

love this shot Wes got from the balcony of Megan’s dad reaching out to her:

Megan’s dress had the most unique bustle I have ever seen. It has 30+ ties!

I just love that bustle!
