It’s time to book your Christmas session! I know it seems WAY too early, but Christmas creeps up so fast! Whether you want custom Christmas cards or photo gifts (calendars, canvases, books, etc) for family or even for yourself, NOW is the time to book! My slots fill up quick. 

Christmas sessions will begin in September and end at the beginning of December depending on what you need.

Here is a sample Christmas card I whipped up to show you (taken from a recent session). There is TONS of variety with my custom cards. I have loads of textures, patterns, colors, & templates from which to choose– endless possibilities to make everyone’s unique! You just tell me what you want and I design & send it to you to proof to make sure it is perfect before ordering! (This goes for all my custom products)

This is why we call her K-Rock…well, at least it is why I call her K-Rock. As you may have read in my post about our St. Augustine vacation, we had our pictures taken by an incredible photographer . We went to St. Augustine with 2 of our best friends, Dylan & Karin (KSC Photography). While we were there, Karin and I swapped photo shoots of us with our husbands. I posted their pictures on my blog a few weeks ago and now it’s our turn! Karin has been super busy because she just found that she and Dylan are moving to Maryland in August . We are SO SAD and we will miss them terribly and it will be REALLY hard, but we are very happy for them. We LOVE our pictures and we will cherish them FOREVER especially knowing that someone very special and close to our hearts took them. Our house will soon be decorated with them- I have been ITCHING to change up my themes, colors, and decor… basically start from scratch and these pictures are perfect for the job! We went to the park this afternoon for Ollie’s daily exercise. Today we danced. Ollie is too focused on the quick brown fox (or the lazy dog) on my shirt… (thanks to my second shooter for this one )

You might remember this beautiful family from Cindy’s maternity session several months ago. Jackson was born in May and Cindy wanted some newborn pictures (really ended up being more like 2 month pictures). We originally met up one day in the afternoon… I went to her house and Jackson was not a happy camper. We got a few good shots, but ultimately decided to reschedule for a sunrise session at Irmo Town Park. This time, baby Jackson had a full belly and lots of sleep so he was feeling much better . There were times when he was not a big fan of the position in which he was placed or just getting his picture taken in general, but overall he did great! Really, he endured a lot of photography torture… clothes, no clothes, baby cocoon, funny hats, smothering kisses, awkward positions, and strange people (a.k.a me) making crazy faces and noises in order to make him laugh. Kudos to baby Jackson. You guys did great! Thanks for being patient and literally sweating it out

It’s another big post, but just know that it is from 2 sessions and we had lots of stuff to pack in there! I am so glad I was able to get a few family shots along with some mini sessions with mom, dad, and brother Luke in addition to Jackson’s newborn session

All tuckered out. I waited until the end of the session for this shot when I knew he would either be worn out; therefore, asleep OR screaming crying in which case I would have had to nix it all together. So glad I chanced it I love how it turned out.
