check back later this week for Ryan & Mary’s engagement session!
When Oliver was about 3 months old, he jumped out of our car window while we were going about 10mph. We decided it would be really cute if he stuck his head out the window. Well, he not only did that, but before I could get “okay, roll it back up before he jumps out,” he was GONE. He yelped and rolled under the car to the opposite side, limp on the side of the road. I was hysterically crying and Wes didn’t know what to do. Ollie was so snuggly and pathetic after that for about 3 hours and then he bounced back to his old self and was totally fine.
It has taken him a year to be brave enough for this:

Congrats Ollie, you’re my favorite.

I posted a tiny sneak peek yesterday from Shane & Toni’s big day. They got married on Sept 19 in Murrells Inlet. It was a beautiful coastal wedding- I had so much fun! I went to nursing school with Toni and I believe she a Shane have been together for something like 10 years. Here are some of my favorites from pre-ceremony:
Like I said… lots of ring shots!

beautiful dress

The girls stayed at Toni’s Maid of Honor’s family house (called King’s Krest) right on the water the week leading up to the wedding, so that is where they got ready. It was a photographer’s dream. The guys got ready at Shane’s parent’s house on the water about a mile away. The church was between the two locations. Such a perfect setting!

Toni’s sister and Matron of Honor, Geena, did her hair:

Toni’ sister made this bag for her… so cute!

Toni’s mom…can you tell?

the lovely ladies:

The church was also right on the water…

Toni’s sister also designed the programs… awesome job, Geena!

Wes went to the guy’s house to get some shots of Shane getting ready:

He also shot this one of the cuff links Toni gave Shane:

The man of the day… Shane!

the guys:

Paxton (Shane’s nephew)… this kid is not only ADORABLE, but he made me laugh so hard…

Wes took this one… he’s such the model…

Shane got his suit from Japan!

The red rose in the bouquet was given to Toni by her grandmother before the ceremony. I love sentimental stuff like that! Toni hadn’t cried all day… she was doing really well… until she saw her granny. So sweet.

peeking at the guests!
Stay tuned for part II!!
Out of the 500 ring shots I took from Shane & Toni’s wedding in Murrells Inlet on September 19th, this one is my favorite. Seriously, there were so many AMAZING little props and places for ring shots!! I love details way too much- good thing I got there early! You’ll see much more tomorrow when I post the pre-ceremony shots from the big day!! YAY!!
HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!
