… but getting better! We decided to go with semi-difficult templates this year for our pumpkins. We also graduated from ONE pumpkin to TWO! Wes carved Count Dracula and I carved Blue. I wanted to do something different from the usual Jack-O-Lantern theme and I wanted the second pumpkin to resemble Oliver. So, here you go! I might add that there is also room for improvement on my pumpkin photographing skills… you get the idea though.
On a side note, one of Wes’s students blurted out in class the other day, “Mr. Parker’s wife is hot!”…. can you guess what Wes made him do today? At 11 this morning I got a call at work from a 7th grader…
me: “hello”
Wes: “I have someone here who wants to tell you something”
Background Wes: “Go ahead and tell her yourself”
Lover boy (7th grader): “Wellll hellloooo there” (in his creepiest voice possible)
confused me: “umm…who’s this?”
Background Wes: “go on… tell her.”
Lover boy: “I think you’re pretty”…. (tons of muffled 7th grade laughter)
incredibly awkward and embarrassed me: “well that’s very nice. Thank you.”
Lover boy: “welll, you’re quite welcome”… also said like a pro…”well here’s your…”
Wes: “Have a great day! love you!” .click.
me: complete silence.
thanks Mr. Parker, you’re the best.
Happy Friday friends!!
…Even the dog is a girl! Meet (forgive me for spelling!) Robert, Ashley, Mavis, Taylor, Cassidy, & …. Lacie (the humongous, yet gentle dog who outweighs half of the family). Ashley wanted some shots of mostly the girls, some with their daddy, and some individuals. I took the pictures last Friday, which happened to be a very dreary day, but we went ahead with the shoot because it’s hard to get everyone together because the 3 girls live in NC and I am SO GLAD we did! I love the way they turned out. Seriously, this was one of my easiest family shoots ever. Everyone was so cooperative and photogenic- even Lacie! Robert, your girls are beautiful! Good lookin’ fam… fun fall outfits and all
Enjoy the pictures!

see? Knockouts… all 3 of them!
