Drumroll please…. The genius behind all these wonderful hats, KATE! She is the owner/ creator of Tot Toppers. Here she is modeling her own incredible work. Yes, she also makes adult hats! The red one below is the one I gave my sister for Christmas and she absolutely LOVES it. It is sooooo cute and super soft! So here are a few adult hats/berets and some new baby hats PLUS something really new! Enjoy!
